Charlotte Boutique & Jewelry Warranty Policy

At Charlotte Boutique & Bijoux, each piece of jewelry is carefully selected and prepared. Because your experience is as important as the jewelry itself, all our pieces are covered by a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

This guarantee applies from the date of purchase and is valid only once per piece of jewelry.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and abnormal breakage occurring during normal use, including:

  • chains
  • clasps
  • charms or pendants

Warranty exclusion conditions:

The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

  • Contact with chemicals
  • Negligence in the use of the jewelry
  • Normal wear and tear due to daily use
  • Tangled chains
  • Loss of the jewelry or its components (pendants, etc.)
  • Damage caused by daily wear
  • Jewelry bought on sale

Procedure in case of damage or breakage:

If your jewelry covered by the warranty breaks or is damaged during the coverage period, please contact us by email at charlotte_boutique@icloud.com , attaching proof of purchase (dated less than 6 months ago) as well as photos or videos of the damaged jewelry.

Our team will respond within 24 to 48 hours and inform you if your warranty claim is accepted within the same timeframe.

Return of the jewelry and shipping costs:

Once your request is approved, you will have 10 days to return the item to the address provided by our customer service department. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and you must send us the tracking number by email.

The repair or exchange process takes 72 hours after receipt of your package. Any package received without prior request via email will not be processed.

Replacement, repair or credit note:

After repair or replacement, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number. If repair or replacement is not possible, we will offer you a voucher valid for 3 months on our entire online store.

Important :

Charlotte Boutique & Bijoux cannot be held responsible for the loss of packages sent under the guarantee, particularly in the event of loss by the postal service. No exchange or refund will be issued in such cases.
