- Returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date or the date the order was received, whichever comes first.
- Items customized or modified according to your specific instructions are not eligible for return, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
- Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Procedure

- Ship the item with tracking and insurance to avoid loss or damage during transit.

6-month warranty
If the item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us by email within 6 months of the purchase date, attaching proof of purchase as well as photos or videos of the item in question.
